Each User may hold only one Account on QQClubs. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your responsibility.
You agree to notify QQClubs immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. QQClubs strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
QQClubs is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing first withdrawals, or at any point where the Platform deems verification necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as your Malaysian NRIC or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the QQClubs Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the QQClubs Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, software, game assets, graphics, text, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of QQClubs or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in or to any such intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of QQClubs. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QQClubs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, QQClubs shall not be liable for: (a) any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform; (b) any loss of data or Account information; (c) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (d) any errors or inaccuracies in game results or odds; or (e) any third-party acts or omissions affecting the delivery of payment services or game content.
QQClubs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable promotional funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and the absence of any pending investigations.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting QQClubs support. Requests for Account closure due to gambling concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which QQClubs holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be submitted to QQClubs' internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through QQClubs' internal process within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position under Malaysian law, and that QQClubs does not provide legal advice regarding users' local compliance obligations. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
QQClubs reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, QQClubs will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the procedure described in Section 12.
